AtlantiCare is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse to strengthen clinical knowledge under the supervision of a preceptor. The role involves direct and indirect patient care as you transition from student to health care team member.

You will participate in AtlantiCare's one-year New Graduate Nurse Residency Program with monthly seminars and mentorship to support independent practice. The program fosters professional growth and teamwork within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current AHA BLS certification required on hire; ACLS within 6 months.
• Ability to communicate, collaborate, be flexible, set priorities, and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision to support transition to practice.
• Participate in performance improvement and teamwork initiatives.
• Enroll in and complete the New Graduate Nurse Residency Program.
