BAYADA Home Health Care in Wilmington, NC is hiring for upcoming New Graduate Nurse opportunities beginning late 2026 or early 2027. You will join a respected nonprofit focused on quality home health care and patient-centered nursing.

New graduates enter BAYADA's accredited Nurse Residency Program with in-depth paid training from day one, one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and supportive clinical leadership to help you grow from the first assignment through your nursing career.

• CPR in good standing
