Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking motivated New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our outpatient clinics across Long Island, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, RI, and CT. You will receive individualized mentorship and hands-on learning opportunities to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician.

You’ll work in a supportive outpatient environment alongside skilled therapists, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a culture that values growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NY or eligible.
• Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
• Instructs family members and caregivers in PT techniques; Mandatory certifications: First Aid, AED, CPR.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop PT treatment plans.
• Provide care per physician plan and agency standards.
• Instruct caregivers and family in PT techniques.
• Collaborate with therapists in outpatient setting.
