Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking new graduate RNs and LPNs to join our Kansas City KS and Topeka area teams. You will deliver one-on-one pediatric home care with flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

As a PHS nurse, you become a trusted part of a child's world, supporting families in the comfort of home while addressing medical complexities with compassion and skill.

Qualifications

• New graduate RN or LPN ready for pediatric home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor patient condition, communicating changes to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
