Job summary

ConvenientMD in Ellsworth, Maine, is seeking motivated new graduates and early-career Physician Assistants/Associates (PAs) and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to join a supportive, collaborative team delivering urgent care.

You will assess, diagnose, treat, and document care, while advancing your clinical skills in a fast-paced setting. DEA and BLS are required; strong team orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and certification by Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certifying body.
• Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with exam, diagnosis, and treatment within scope of practice.
• Document medical records clearly in EMR and maintain compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with a clinic team to deliver efficient, high‑quality care.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current with clinical best practices.
