Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift (36 hours/week) in Needham, MA to deliver direct and indirect nursing care, health maintenance, teaching and rehabilitation as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires an Associate's degree and a Nursing License, competency with computer systems, and the ability to work with diverse patients. Pay ranges from $36.00 to $90.14 per hour, with shift differentials and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Nursing license required.
• 0-1 years related work experience required. Previous experience preferred.
• Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
• BLS-AHA required for all RNS in Direct Patient Care Areas; ACLS-AHA required in all critical care areas [ED, ICU, ENDO, Radiology, PACU]; and PALS-AHA required in ED/PACU.

Physical Nature of the Job

Pay Range

$36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
