Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a new graduate Safety Analysis Engineer in Kennesaw, GA. You’ll support licensing, safety evaluations, and technical analyses for nuclear systems, with visits to plant sites and collaboration with senior engineers.

You’ll learn to model plant conditions, assess radiation/environmental impacts, and contribute to regulatory filings while developing skills in a hands-on, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2026 and May 2027.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply codes and standards for designing projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection.
• Adapt to new software systems and meet deadlines.
• Balance multiple tasks across projects with attention to detail.
