Banner Health's New Nurse Experience is a full-time RN residency program in Tucson, designed to transition new grads to professional nurses. You will be mentored in a structured setting within the ICU/CCU, gaining hands-on skills, competency checks, and Cerner EMR orientation, while developing personal and professional relationships.

Candidates should be recent graduates (BSN preferred) with a current BLS card, and be prepared to commit to at least 12 months on their unit, with opportunities

Competenze

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred; ADN considered at select locations.
• Current BLS certification through AHA/Red Cross/ASHI or able to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care.
• Work in ICU/CCU environment with critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
• Complete orientation and training within the New Nurse Experience program.
