Atlas Kids, an H2 Health company, seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for our outpatient team in Paducah, KY. This full-time role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy to children with autism and developmental delays, within a collaborative, clinician-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current Kentucky OT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Pediatric experience preferred, especially with autism and developmental delays.
• New graduates encouraged; must pass OT boards and obtain Kentucky licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based OT services to pediatric patients.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans focusing on fine motor, sensory, self-care, and regulatory skills.
• Implement play-based and sensory-integrative interventions to promote progress.
• Document using Scribe AI-powered tools to maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR for documentation, scheduling, and management.
• Manage a typical outpatient caseload of 10–12 visits per day.
• Collaborate with families to support carryover across environments.
• Coordinate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and growth.
