ConvenientMD LLC in Massachusetts (Framingham) seeks a new graduate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team. You will perform health assessments, exams, and coordinate care to improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

You will interview patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and deliver injections, suturing, and wound care while educating families on wellness and preventive care.

Formación

• New grad and early-career PAs and NPs welcome
• Candidate should be committed to high-quality patient care
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills preferred
• Licensure as RN/NP/PA in the state of Massachusetts (assumed)

Responsabilidades

• Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories to address short- and long-term patient needs.
• Interview patients, obtain/update medical histories, and assess health status.
• Administer or order diagnostic tests (e.g., x-rays, ECGs, labs) and interpret results.
• Perform therapeutic procedures: injections, immunizations, suturing, wound management.
• Educate and counsel patients on health, therapies, growth, development, and wellness.

Your Impact

• Provide Patient-Centered Care: Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories to address short- and long-term patient needs while staying committed to high-quality, efficient patient care.
  • Assess patient health: Interview patients, perform physical examinations, obtain, update, and study medical histories.
  • Determine abnormal conditions: Administer or order diagnostic tests (e.g., x-rays, electrocardiograms, laboratory studies) and interpret test results.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures: Administer injections and immunizations, suture, manage wounds and infections.
  • Educate and Counsel: Empower patients with knowledge about their health, describe therapeutic regimens, give information on normal growth and development, discuss family planning, and wellness through counseling and guidance.
