Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or materials science engineering or equivalent semiconductor experience.
• 0-2 years of FAB environment experience.
• Experience with metrology and RDA tools is a plus.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Define preventative maintenance schedules and maintain records on notices and safety issues.
• Study equipment performance to establish improvements and improve tool uptime.
• Lead equipment issue resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Equipment Leads to align priorities and optimize resources.
• Plan for capacity and product mix requirements while enhancing equipment flexibility and performance.
• Partner with vendors and multi-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
