Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC) Holland location seeks newly graduated Emergency Veterinarians for a structured mentorship program. You will receive hands-on guidance, case discussions, and a clear development timeline to build critical ER skills while delivering compassionate care for pets and their families.

The program progresses from 4–7 months with overlapping shifts to 12 months of increasing independence, with access to veterinarians at other EVCC locations for real-time support

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program.
• Possesses state veterinary license in good standing or eligible to obtain one.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to think "quickly on your feet".
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner, building trust with clients and their pets.
