Advantage Dental+ in Anniston is seeking a New Grad Dentist to build confidence and clinical experience with dedicated mentorship and support. The home practice location is Anniston, with support provided at our Alexander City location 2 days per week and Boaz as needed.

The preferred schedule is Tuesday–Friday, with flexibility for candidates interested in a 5-day work week. You will focus on patient care with complete clinical independence while we support Clinical Development, Marketing, IT,

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Hold a current, or willing to obtain, state dentist licensure and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and provide the appropriate treatment for patients while holding to the highest standards for patient care
• Educate patients and guardians on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations
• Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable with receiving treatment and encourage patient retention
• Partner with all team members in fostering a collaborative environment
