Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking New Grad Engineers to support traffic, drainage and roadway projects in West Florida. You will assist in producing design calculations, reports, and plans with engineering teams across multiple offices in Bartow, Chipley, Tallahassee and Tampa.

The role emphasizes developing conceptual and detailed designs, using current drawing tools, and contributing to project delivery while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports preparation and modification of project reports, plans, and calculations.
• Assists in preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and admin support of design files.
• Supports teams with research, data collection, field investigations and design.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
