Job summary

HNTB's South Florida office is seeking a New Grad Engineer in Aviation, ITS, Traffic, Transit, Tolls, and Construction. The role involves assisting in production and modification of design calculations, reports, plans, and specifications for various projects in a collaborative team setting.

Relocation and housing are not provided. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; Master’s degree and EIT certification are preferred, along with familiarity with MicroStation/AutoCAD and the Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and design software.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within schedule and hours provided.
• Supports preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with data collection, field investigations, development and design of projects.
