Job summary

Advocate Health, Inc. is seeking a Cardiac Stepdown RN for the 10S unit at Aurora St. Luke's in Wisconsin.

The unit handles pre and post interventional cardiology patients, including STEMI and heart failure cases, with a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. New grads are welcome and a residency pathway supports onboarding and growth. Night shift differential and weekend differential are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• New Grads Welcome!

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
