Job summary

North America Security & Select Services is seeking a full-time Flex Security Officer to join our team in Austin. The role requires availability for any shift, including weekends and holidays, with potential travel between sites.

You will provide safety and security services, enforce site policies, and follow emergency response protocols. Responsibilities include customer service, emergencies response, patrols, incident reporting, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid level II Texas security license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have 2 years of security experience.
• Prior Flex Officer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors.

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time flex security officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to work any shift and day as needed with the possibility of little to no notice and willing to travel to multiple job sites. The officer is responsible for providing safety and security services to our clients by carrying out site-specific policies, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.
