Job summary

Brookside Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Installer for our Manchester, NH projects. The role covers new construction and residential replacement work, with cross-training opportunities as the business grows.

You will fabricate and install ductwork and sheet metal components, read blueprints, and ensure systems meet specs and performance requirements. A NH Sheet Metal License is preferred, and safety on site is required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in sheet metal fabrication and ductwork installation.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Strong problem solving for ductwork and system issues.
• License in NH sheet metal is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork, vents, and sheet metal components on new construction HVAC systems.
• Read blueprints and specs to lay out and install systems accurately.
• Install and connect ductwork, air handlers, and HVAC equipment on new builds.
• Cross-train on residential replacement and swap-out projects as needed.
• Inspect and test installed systems for proper airflow and performance.
• Troubleshoot sheet metal components and duct systems.
• Collaborate with install teams, project leads, and builders to stay on schedule and budget.
• Follow safety protocols and jobsite regulations.
