Job summary

Living Branches is seeking a New Construction Sales Counselor to engage prospective residents, families, and referral sources, communicating the benefits of our living options on the Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods campuses. In this full-time role, you will guide applicants through admissions, coordinate with the marketing team, participate in events, and leverage CRM tools to manage leads.

A minimum of two years in relationship-based sales or customer service is required; LTC sales

Qualifications

Two years of relationship-based sales or customer service experience.
Long-term care sales experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicates with potential residents by phone, meetings, email, and mailings to inform prospects about Living Branches and new construction.
Develop an interest list for The Laurels and Linden Grove and collaborate with other sales counselors.
Advises the marketing communication specialist on future resident communication strategy.
Guides prospective residents through admission, including packets and interior selections.
Participates in trade shows and expos.
Assists with public relations and networking with community organizations.
Coordinates marketing projects and events for prospective residents.
Discusses the financial process, applications, and pricing with applicants and their approvals.
Uses CRM to manage referral leads; Enquire preferred.

As the New Construction Sales Counselor at Living Branches, you will cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources to communicate the unique benefits of life at Living Branches. Working closely with the Director of Sales to inform prospective residents of new construction on the Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods campuses. **Position is expected to be a full time, 2 years commitment with full benefits.

He or she will be energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive and help bring the Living Branches mission to life: Together we empower older adults and families to lead lives of purpose and joy, guided by the Mennonite tradition of care and service to others.

Responsibilities for our New Construction Sales Counselor:

Communicates with potential residents via phone, personal meetings, email, and mailings to inform prospects about the benefits of moving to Living Branches and considering new construction; answers questions; maintains targeted sales levels through sales and deposit process
Develop an interest list for The Laurels and Linden Grove, and maintain relationships with those individuals. Collaborate with sales counselors regarding prospects' potential interest in other housing types, and financial approvals
Advises the marketing communication specialist on the future resident communication strategy, including any postcard or ad needs
Guides prospective residents through the beginning stages of entrance into Living Branches, including the admission packet meeting and interior selections
Participates in trade shows and expos
Assists with the public relations strategy, including networking with appropriate community organizations
Coordinates or participate in special projects for the marketing team, including events for prospective residents
Discuss the financial process, application, and pricing structure with the the prospective applicant, and discuss their financial approval results
Minimum two years of experience in relationship-based sales or customer service. (Long-term care sales experience preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient or accomplished at public speaking.
Proficient in basic computer programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Microsoft Operating Systems. Applicants must be able to correspond appropriately and timely through email, phone, text messaging, or other forms of technical communication as needed to successfully complete the requirements for this job
Effectively use CRM software to manage the referral lead base by keeping current and accurate information; familiarity with Enquire preferred. Perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.
