Qualifications

• Experience in New Construction Roofing sales required.
• Network of builders/contractors preferred.
• Organized and able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builders, GCs, and developers.
• Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
• Estimate and present roofing proposals.
• Manage jobs from sale through completion.
• Stay on top of timelines, communication, and follow-ups.
