Job summary

United Plumbing, part of Seacoast Service Partners, is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee plumbing work on new construction sites in Fort Myers, FL. This role ensures safe, efficient execution, adherence to plans, and quality control on daily jobsite activities.

The Field Supervisor will coordinate with field crews, builders, and inspectors, manage labor, materials, and schedules, and support safety and training initiatives while maintaining professional relations with customers and internal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience in new construction required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation practices, blueprints, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills for communication, scheduling, and reporting.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screening required.
• Must be able to walk active jobsites and navigate uneven terrain, stairs, and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing field work on assigned new construction projects.
• Monitor daily jobsite activity, manpower, workflow, and production to support project schedules.
• Work with field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and per plans and codes.
• Review job progress and communicate updates, delays, and resource needs to management.
• Coordinate with builders, contractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams regarding schedules and inspections.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to inspect work and address issues in the field.
• Ensure crews have tools, materials, and information needed to complete work.
• Assist with resolving field issues, installation challenges, and punch lists.
• Support labor planning and monitor productivity, rework, delays, and efficiency.
• Reinforce jobsite safety and compliance with company policies.
