Job summary

Modern Pest Services is seeking a New Construction Installation Technician in Charlotte, NC. This role involves installing pest control systems in homes under construction and completing service tickets.

Applicants should possess time management skills and a valid driver's license. Additional health benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plans and flexible spending accounts. The schedule is Monday to Friday with overtime and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass state verifiable training exam.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform approximately 2 - 4 home installations per day.
• Install Pestban's tube system and service receptacles in homes.
• Complete service tickets including service receptacle mapping.
