Chesapeake Climate Control is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for residential new construction projects. You will install complete HVAC systems, ensure IECC compliance, and uphold high safety standards on-site.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on installation, own hand tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience in residential new construction.
• Extensive knowledge of IECC energy codes and installation practices.
• Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Install complete HVAC systems in residential new construction homes.
