Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, ID is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to advance next‑generation DRAM technologies in a manufacturing fab. You will gain hands‑on experience with semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, yield optimization, and cross‑functional problem solving.

You will drive process improvements, influence product performance, and help scale technology through engineering excellence and collaboration with device, YE, process, QA, and PE teams.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of semiconductor process flow.
  • Some knowledge of CMP, film, etch, photo et al.
  • Knowledge of mainstream memory such as DRAM, NAND, NOR et al.
  • Knowledge of statistical data analysis.
  • Good communication skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

  • Enable next generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab.
  • Ramp up production yield and deliver high quality DRAM products to customers.
  • Analyze electrical and inline data to identify yield detractors and process anomalies.
  • Process integration flow and structure optimization to improve the yield and product performance.
  • Monitor and maintain the production line.
  • Make sure the c‑spec and structure integrity satisfies all production‑grade requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Device, YE, Process, QA, PE et al) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leveraging AI tools to improve problem solving efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate and present the results to big audiences.

Minimum Requirements
  • Good knowledge of semiconductor process flow.
  • Some knowledge of individual processes such as CMP, film, etch, photo et al.
  • Knowledge of mainstream memory such as DRAM, NAND, NOR et al.
  • Knowledge of statistical data analysis.
  • Good communication skills and self‑motivation.
Preferred Qualification
  • Knowledge of advanced DRAM technology.
  • Advanced CMOS process integration experience.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, AI, software tools.
Education

M.S on Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
