What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and establish relationships with schools and districts to promote Book Fairs
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interests in hosting events
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress towards sales goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and sales techniques
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective sales and servicing methods
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, or event management
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with sales automation or CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
