What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through prospecting efforts
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, passing along qualified prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and school administrators, emphasizing the value of Book Fairs
- Manage and track interactions in the CRM system while monitoring progress toward sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Sales Automation and Customer Relationship Management software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and team members
