Job summary

Digitas is seeking a Senior Associate of New Business to support research, development, and execution of new business responses and proposals. You will learn Digitas’ capabilities, prepare status reports, and assist the pitch team in strategic efforts.

You will coordinate with the pitch lead and sponsors to ensure materials are current, attend pre-pitch meetings, and deliver polished documents to clients. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• 2-4 years' account management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Outstanding organizational, communication/presentation skills.
• Proactive and eager, with the ability to work on a semi-autonomous basis.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and craft insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to prepare clear strategic documents.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of Digitas’ departments, capabilities and past pitches/cases.
• Prepares weekly status reports on opportunities in the pipeline.
• Supports the pitch team in strategic endeavours.
• Ensures documents presented to clients contain fresh, relevant material.
• Attends and participates in pre-pitch meetings.
• Manages preparation and timely delivery of pitch materials.
• Distributes key documents to the internal team.
• Creates and maintains teamsites and job codes for pitches.
• Liaises with Finance, IT, Legal, and Proofing & Presentations.
• Maintains archival databases for case studies and boilerplate content.
• Keeps agency content up-to-date for pitches.
• Acts as a collaborative team player with clients and peers.
