You’ll bring consistency, efficiency, and a passion for seasonal ingredients and creative presentations—think modern takes on classics like tea sandwich plates, crème brûlée French toast, and refined comfort dishes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of line cook or similar experience in fine‑casual/upscale dining
• Strong cooking techniques knowledge including grilling, sautéing, baking
• High energy, composure, and efficiency during peak service
• Attention to detail in prep and presentation
• Solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
• Team player with clear communication in a fast-paced kitchen

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency
• Plate dishes with care for visual appeal and balanced flavors
• Coordinate with back‑of‑house staff to maintain seamless service
• Uphold cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and replenishment
• Communicate clearly with line cooks, servers and kitchen leadership
• Respond to seasonal specials and menu changes
• Perform other related duties
