Job summary

Community National Bank in Seneca, Kansas is seeking a detail‑oriented assistant to handle opening of new accounts, review and entry of transfer requests in CNBSoft, and coordination of funding with other custodians. You will respond to customer calls and assist with transfer in processing as needed.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication and data entry skills, and the ability to read and write clearly. College coursework is preferred.

Answers calls that pertain to establishment of new accounts, incoming funds or investments, and fees.
