Job summary

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to ensure new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas products and services. You will coordinate deliveries with customers and departments, install and repair dispensers, and ensure products are placed properly at the customer site.

You will operate a company van, interact with customers, and deliver excellent service to build lasting relationships across client locations.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required and must meet DOT requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification must be provided before first day.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and Cintas departments to coordinate initial product delivery after sale.
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Ensure uniforms, floor mats and other products are placed at the customer location as agreed.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from new customer locations.
• Provide excellent service to establish positive customer relationships.

Job Description

Cintas is seekinga New Account Installer to successfully ensure that new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas's products and services. Responsibilities include interacting with the customer and other Cintas Departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products to customers after the account is sold; installing and repairing bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools; ensuring the uniforms, floor mats and other products are left in a mutually agreed upon place at the customer's location;setting a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas; driving a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations; and lifting, walking and delivering new products in the customer’s business.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certificationProvide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Plumbing experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $22.14 - $27.89/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
