Klinedinst PC in Nevada seeks an enthusiastic attorney with 4+ years of complex litigation experience to join our team. The position requires NV residency and active Bar membership. You will independently handle cases, plan discovery, take/defend depositions, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in complex litigation.
• Nevada resident and active member of the State Bar of Nevada.
• Ability to independently handle cases and analyze complex issues.
• Experience structuring discovery plans, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation.
• Strong work ethic, organization and communication; team oriented.

Responsibilities
