Green Dispensary in Las Vegas is seeking a Budtender (Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional customer service while actively driving revenue. You will educate customers on cannabis products across flower, concentrates, edibles, and accessories, and provide personalized recommendations with upselling and cross-selling.

The role requires knowledge of Nevada regulations, cash handling, and the Dutchie POS. Weekend and holiday PM shifts are available, with opportunities for growth and employee

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass background check as required by Nevada cannabis regulations.
• Must have or obtain a Las Vegas Metropolitan Sheriff’s card (work card).
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Proven ability or willingness to meet performance-based sales metrics.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Verify customer identification and ensure all transactions comply with Nevada regulations.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and accessories.
• Provide personalized recommendations while upselling and cross-selling products.
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals, including minimum AOV and UPT targets.
• Process transactions using the Dutchie POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restock needs to management.
