Job summary

Neuralink is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to lead site monitoring, ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, and support study execution across sites both in-person and remotely.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or engineering, 5+ years of clinical research (device experience preferred), and strong knowledge of GCP, ISO 14155, and FDA regulations. Up to 30% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience, device experience preferred.
• Experience with GCP, ISO 14155, and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (remote and on-site).
• Ensure studies comply with protocols, GCP, ISO 14155, and 21 CFR Part 812.
• Review data via SDV/SDR to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor participant safety through adverse events and device deficiencies.
• Maintain regulatory documents and essential study materials.
• Prepare monitoring reports and assist with audits/inspections.
