Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Neuro Surgical Nurse to provide expert care to patients undergoing neurological and neurosurgical procedures. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care for pre- and post-operative patients, monitor neurological status, and respond rapidly to changes in condition.

You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.
