Title: Locum Neurosurgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Location: Marshfield, WI

Royal Surgical Associates is seeking a full-time locum tenens Neurosurgery APP to work with and support two surgeons with clinic, call and first assisting in surgery. RSA will accept candidates needing a state license.

Start ASAP to January 2026

First Assisting Procedures: craniotomy, craniectomy, spinal fusions, decompressive surgeries, and interventions for aneurysms, tumors, and nerve injuries.

Duties: surgical first assist; bedside procedures; rounding independently in all hospital units including NICU, PICU, Peds, ICU (surgical and medical), and general med/surg floor; hospital and ER/UC consults; clinic duties including outpatient consultations, post-operative/post-hospital patient care, fracture care, patient phone calls, medication refills, and FMLA documentation.
