Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services including assessment, intervention and evaluation of care within scope of practice.
• Consults and collaborates with physicians and other health care providers to coordinate patient care.
• Documents services per policies, including medical records and billing documents.
• Performs procedures and treatments as per protocols and orders treatment as needed.
• Promotes patient wellness through education and helps ensure quality initiatives and safety functions.
