Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
• RNP license and any additional certification(s) per governing board.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records client's health history; performs comprehensive physical assessment as part of a total physical examination.
• Diagnoses, treats and plans appropriate health care; refers clients to physicians and/or outside agencies as required.
• Ensure completion of all required documentation of patient care activities in accordance with policy.
• Fulfill all duties assigned by physician.
• Orders medications.
