Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) Health is seeking an experienced Neurosurgeon to join a respected team at Creighton University Medical Center Bergan Mercy Hospital. You will provide comprehensive general and complex spine neurosurgery services within a collaborative, academic environment.

Board eligible or board certified in Neurosurgery is required; Nebraska licensure and DEA certification are needed. The role offers opportunities for academic appointments, research, and a competitive

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board eligible or board certified in Neurosurgery
• Ability to obtain licensure in Nebraska
• DEA Certification
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general and complex spine neurosurgery services
• Collaborate with learners, residents and fellows from Creighton University School of Medicine
• Maintain patient-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Fulfill academic responsibilities and participate in clinical research and academic appointment opportunities
• Cover primary and backup call shifts and inpatient care at CUMC Bergan Mercy Hospital
