Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; business or science-related degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years B2B sales experience.
  • Two years surgical device or medical sales preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
  • Confidence to communicate with physicians and surgical staff.
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills.
  • Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital settings.
  • Track record of developing sales plans and executing.
  • Team player with drive to succeed.
  • Able to stand long hours in the OR and lift 65 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with customers not previously sold to; hit monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Create annual territory plan with monthly/quarterly reports to meet goals.
  • Collaborate with peers to cover cases, assist inventory, and spot opportunities.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing and development.
  • Maintain product and disease knowledge; provide consultative OR support.
  • Manage budgets and follow corporate policies; comply with ADvaMed & Sunshine Act.
  • Handle sales administration promptly per management.
