Job summary

Novant Health Medical Group is seeking compassionate Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Providers (AGACNPs or PA-Cs) to join our Ballantyne, Matthews, and Fort Mill area team. This role spans inpatient, outpatient, and operating room care, with surgical first assisting and clinic responsibilities as assigned.

We value collaboration with neurosurgeons and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality patient care, fit for a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for APRN/PA licensure.
• Graduate of NCCPA‑accredited PA program or NP program.
• Current PA or NP license in the appropriate state; NCCPA/registry; ACLS; DEA required.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and operating room settings.
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, physicians, and care teams to coordinate high‑quality patient care.
• Participate in surgical first assisting, inpatient rounds, and independent clinic responsibilities.
• Support clinical operations and coverage across patient care settings as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient experience.
