Job summary

MedStar Health's Neurosurgery program at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and clinic teams. The APP will coordinate care for epilepsy patients from pre-surgical evaluation through surgery, serving as a liaison across the system.

Qualifications

We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Neurosurgery team at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. This APP will be supporting the Surgical Epilepsy program at a system level but primarily located at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.

This role will cover patients in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and see patients in the clinic with the physician team. Importantly, the APP will serve as a liaison and care coordinator to epilepsy patients transitioning to surgery.

This will be a full-time position with the standard hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
