Piedmont Columbus Regional, part of Piedmont Healthcare, is recruiting a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join our high-volume neuroscience team in Columbus, GA. This is a great opportunity to build a practice from day one with strong hospital volumes and a culture of quality and patient-centered care.

The Midtown Campus functions as a Level 2 Trauma Center with a dedicated Neuroscience Center, extensive support services, and a broad referral base across the region.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Neurosurgeon licensed to practice in Georgia.
• Experience in high-volume neurosurgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert neurosurgical care to patients in Columbus, GA and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Piedmont Columbus Regional is comprised of two hospitals, serving a radius of more than 14 counties. The Midtown Campus is the largest of Piedmont Columbus Regionals hospitals with a daily census of 275 patients and functions as a Level 2 Trauma Center, Neuroscience Center of Excellence, and a newly renovated Emergency and Trauma Center. We also have an interventional radiology program that performs mechanical thrombectomies for acute ischemic strokes and a complement of Neurology services to include a dedicated Neuroscience floor with an attached Neuro ICU.
