Job summary

Spine and Brain Institute of San Diego is seeking a fellowship-trained endovascular neurosurgeon to join our established private practice in San Diego, CA. This independent contractor role offers autonomy and shared call with a dedicated team, starting Fall 2027.

The position provides competitive guaranteed compensation in the range of $600,000–$750,000, with affiliation to a large health system and a strong referral base.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurological Surgery.
• Fellowship training in endovascular neurosurgery required.
• Eligible for medical licensure in California.
• Minimum of 3 strong letters of recommendation (including program director and/or department chair).
