Job summary

HealthPartners / Park Nicollet is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join our established Neurosurgery team in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area. Build the practice you want with comprehensive subspecialty support, advanced technology, and strong APP and nursing support.

The Neurosurgery team provides care across two hospital environments, offering elective and complex neurosurgical care. Fellowship training is preferred but not required, and will be supported.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship/subspecialty training preferred, but not required.
• Candidates with a broad neurosurgical practice or specific subspecialty interests are encouraged to apply.
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Join an established team of Neurosurgeons and APPs in a busy, growing practice.
• Develop the practice you prefer with focus on areas of interest while collaborating with subspecialists.
• Engage in comprehensive multidisciplinary collaboration with neuro-critical care, neuro-oncology, pediatric neurosurgery, and other teams.
• Benefit from strong APP and nursing support, including non-surgeon first-call coverage in evenings and weekends.
• Receive dedicated OR and clinic blocks, modern technology, and state-of-the-art facilities.
• Work at conveniently located clinics and facilities within hospital campuses and ambulatory centers.
• Join a nationally recognized neuroscience program emphasizing coordinated, patient-centered care.
