Job summary

NP Now, LLC in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a leading multidisciplinary neurosurgical practice. The role emphasizes brain and spine care within a physician‑led team, with strong collaboration across specialties.

You will diagnose, treat, and perform a broad range of procedures, work with surgeons and rehabilitation staff, and contribute to education and clinical research initiatives in a well-equipped facility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Neurosurgery residency.
• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training in Spine, Cranial, or Endovascular Neurosurgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat complex neurosurgical conditions involving the brain, spine, and nervous system.
• Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures (spinal decompressions, fusions, tumor resections, and minimally invasive surgery).
• Develop individualized surgical and non‑surgical treatment plans.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, physician assistants, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in patient education, quality improvement, and clinical research initiatives.
