Job summary

Mainstay Medical is seeking a Therapy Specialist (Sales Associate) to support the Orlando, FL territory. You will deliver clinical education, lead presentations, and participate in training post-implant patient support to accelerate the sales process and expand the customer base.

The role requires 2+ years in customer relationships and account management, with extensive travel and a valid driver’s license. Base salary ranges with sales incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in building and nurturing customer relationships and accounts.
• Extensive travel within assigned territory and to regional meetings and trainings (typical 60–80%).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic, evidence-based product presentations to clinical decision makers and physicians.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and case support through training and refresher sessions.
• Collaborate with Therapy Managers and Sales Leaders to identify high-potential accounts and develop value propositions.
• Assist in implant procedures by providing equipment and real-time troubleshooting guidance.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and coordinate joint planning with field-based commercial teammates.
