For our client, we are seeking a Neuroscience Specialist (Boston E, MA) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This field-based role will focus on engaging healthcare providers with clinically relevant information and helping support patient care in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The position blends customer outreach, virtual engagement, and local market insight gathering to strengthen provider relationships and inform execution. You will also collaborate across internal partners to refine targeting, call planning, and educational support based on what is happening in the local market.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,362 – $166,750 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare providers regarding product access and patient care guidance.
• Engage with customers using virtual and digital tools, directing them to relevant colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, or 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience in a regulated environment; less experience may qualify if completing the ReadyNow program.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience, such as NP, PA, or RN, with patient-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and understanding of regulatory standards.
• Ability to assimilate and convey complex clinical and product information.
