Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to work with animals and follow protocols.
• Willingness to learn multiple techniques including histology and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Learn and manage lab orders and purchases.
• Learn and handle mouse husbandry including breeding and PCR genotyping.
• Learn and perform drug treatments and administration.
• Learn brain tissue sectioning (frozen/paraffin).
• Learn and acquire images using fluorescence microscopy.
• Learn neurological behavioral tests in mice after stroke or brain trauma.
