Job summary

UCSF is seeking an experienced education programs professional to design, conduct, promote, evaluate and support health professions education programs in alignment with accreditation standards and institutional objectives.

You will support learners at all levels, including faculty, residents, clinical fellows, and students, across curriculum design, teaching activities, scheduling, assessment, and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications; includes active listening and critical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal skills; collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention to detail; able to meet deadlines and manage short deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of educational software and platforms; improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, promote, evaluate and support health professions education programs.
• Assist learners including faculty, residents, clinical fellows, and students across curriculum and assessments.
• Coordinate activities for ongoing administration of health professions education programs.
