Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Clinical Research Physician to lead early clinical development, focusing on neuroscience drug development. You will drive first-in-human studies, integrate pharmacology plans, and guide biomarker strategies while ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with discovery, PK/PD, statistics, and global safety teams to advance assets and support regulatory submissions, with occasional travel to domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or DO with board eligibility/certification.
• Foreign-trained physicians eligible under LCME guidelines.
• Minimum 10 years pharma/clinical trial experience in early phase development.
